Annie Iden specializes in guiding organizations to adopt a skills-based approach to human capital management. With both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Brigham Young University and nearly two decades of experience, she has a proven track record in workforce strategy, operations design, and technology transformation. Ms. Iden holds an active US CPA license and brings a wealth of knowledge in project management, systems implementation, and international business after spending over a decade living and working across Europe and Asia.


In her current role as founding principal at Brixton Compass Consulting, Annie partners with businesses to identify core capabilities and align talent management with strategic objectives. She is known for her ability to distill complex concepts into actionable frameworks. This skillset is particularly valuable in her work to restructure organizations around skills rather than traditional roles, a practice that is gaining recognition as a driver of organizational value.


Prior to founding Brixton Compass Consulting, Annie was instrumental in building a workforce and HR practice at CFGI. She developed a suite of services that equipped organizations to navigate the intricacies of talent management in a rapidly changing business environment. Her initiatives in performance management, learning and development, and career pathing have reshaped how companies attract, retain, and develop talent.
